Rochleau Court.
Buried in the block behind Princess Street, King Street East, and Brock Street is a small pedestrian court where you can find a couple of popular restaurants and bars, including the Toucan and Chez Piggy. Some claim that Rocheleau Court is haunted by the ghost of Theresa Beam.
