For most people, there's not much reason to walk up Bay Street. It doesn't have the color and sleaze of Yonge Street which parallels Bay to the east. Nor does it have the monumental stature of University Avenue to the west. What does Bay Street have north of Dundas? It has is a sort of quiet and clean efficiency.
