Leaside Bridge

A six lane bridge crosses the Don Valley to join the two sections of the former Borough of East York. The bridge carries six lanes of traffic of Millwood Road.
The heavily polluted Don River is slowly recovering from years of abuse.
The view from the bridge is impressive. Below, you can see the Don Valley Parkway, the brown Don River, and a cycle path. Also, a single-track CN line carries rush hour commuters on GO trains.
