Spadina Quay
A welcome break from the wall of condominium towers lining the waterfront, the Toronto Music Garden, designed by cellist Yoyo Ma and landscape artist Julie Moir Messervy, was inspired by the music of J.S. Bach. Each of the six movements in Bach's First Suite for Unaccompanied Cello is represented by a different section of the park. Throughout the summer, the park is the setting for a series of free concerts.
