Ontario Hall and Grant Hall![]() April 1976, Kingston, Canada. The most recognizable symbol of the Queen's campus is the distinctive clock tower at the south-west corner of Grant Hall. Grant Hall houses a large room used for various functions such as concerts, parties, and important lectures. Ontario Hall, with its three prominent arches framing the front entrance, is somewhat reminiscent of the Ontario legislature building at Queen's Park in Toronto. After a renovation in the late 1970's Ontario Hall was used for various fine arts purposes. In the distance, to the right of Grant Hall, is McLaughlin Hall. Other pictures like this one can be found at Queen's University Album. |
