Zell am Ziller August 1994, Spitz, Austria Driving from Slovenia to Germany, we took a scenic route through the Austrian Alps. When we arrived at the Gerlospaß, we found lots of people getting ready for a car rally through the pass. Fortunately, they let us through before the rally started. Ten minutes later, we would have had to wait a couple of hours to continue. At Gmund, at the top of the pass, we stayed overnight at a pleasant Gasthaus in Gmund.
