Food on the m/v Bolero February 2001. As is the tradition on board cruises, one of the midnight buffets is the occasion for the chefs to go all out. Passengers with cameras are allowed into the restaurant 15 minutes early to take photos of the marvelous creations, which will be devoured once all other passengers are admitted.
