Car, Meet Wall CITY-TV is a local TV station in Toronto that was once known for it's "Baby Blue" movies shown late at night. When the ornately decorated building at 299 Queen Street West became available, CITY-TV jumped at the opportunity of moving to one of the more vibrant and trendy neighborhoods in the city.
