Karlsplatz May 1992, Munich, Germany I started my 1992 vacation in Germany at Bayrischzell, which was a fine base of operations. One day, I drove to the nearest S-Bahn station of the MVV, and took the train into Munich. Walking from the main train station to the main pedestrian shopping district downtown, you pass through the Karlsplatz. Since I spent three days here the year before, I didn't take too many pictures this time. I shopped for model trains and books, and spent the afternoon in the English Gardens enjoying a beer.
