View of the Olympic Park from the television tower. Munich hosted the Olympics in 1972, and the facilities are still in use. The day I arrived was the day before the soccer championship games, and many fans were out showing their devotion for their teams.
The television tower rises 290m high. The observation level at 190m offers a fine view of the city and park below.
