Weisser Turm August 1986, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany The Weisser Turm stands at the western end of the Galgengasse, one of the few streets in the Old Town wide enough for significant motor traffic. Beyond the tower, the Georgengasse is much narrower. The Market Square can be found two blocks beyond the tower, and to the left. At the other end of the Galgengasse is the Würzburger Tor.
