Till Eulenspiegel

May 1992, Mölln, Germany

The town of Mölln is famous for being the burial place of the celebrated jester, Till Eulenspiegel, who died here in 1350. Rubbing a toe of his statue is considered good luck. Considering how shiny the toes are, there must be a lot of lucky people around!
