Bur Creek
June 1976, Kingston, Canada.
This is where the old Kingston and Pembroke Railroad crossed the Fifth
Concession Road (now called Bur Creek Road).
At the bottom of the hill, the road crosses Collins Creek.
It's now been several years since the tracks were pulled out.
This was a railroad crossing that required care.
The driver of one particular Mini was very lucky that a telephone pole at the
bottom of the hill was old.
When he lost control going down the hill, the car sliced off the pole at its
base.
