Red-Wing Blackbird![]() May 2002, Whitby, Ontario, Canada. The Red-Wing Blackbird (Agelaius phoeniceus) is a common feature of marshes in Southern Ontario. It is easily identified by the red and yellow patches on the wings. It was seen at the Lynde Shores Conservation Area in Whitby from the boardwalk.
