All Saints Anglican Church, established 1859, in Tyendinega Mohawk Territory.

FEAR GOD AND HONOR THE QUEEN
THIS TOWER WAS ERECTED DEC. 15 1884, BY THE MOHAWKS OF THE BAY OF QUINTE IN GRATEFUL MEMORY OF CAP. JOHN DESERONTO FORMERLY CHIEF OF THE MOHAWKS ON THE MOHAWK RIVER IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK WHO LED HIS PEOPLE TO ABANDON THEIR PROPERTY IN SUPPORT OF THE BRITISH CAUSE AND LED THEM AND HIS WARRIERS TO FOLLOW THE BRITISH FLAG TO CANADA AND LANDED ON THE TYENDINEGA RESERVE IN MAY A.D. 1784.
