Dear Boldts,

Hi! I am John Park who has been working for Korea Puzzle Association which is non profit organization in Korea.I hosted the Asia Sudoku Championship in Korea last January. There were about 300 players from three countries, Korea, China, and Japan. And it will be held in China next year. I think there will be more players from more Asian countries. And Asia Puzzle Federation will be founded in the near future. We will hold some of Asian Cup Puzzle Championship and share our kids' cultures among them. In addition, we will do the voluntary service to share the puzzle and enjoying it with the care-needed kids together. Of course, it will be started in Korea first. It will be called PIE Knights(π Knights). PIE means the initial of the letters of Puzzle, In, and Education.

I look forward to hearing your cool opinion.

Best, John Park

Great site, great Sudoku puzzles. .... this is probably my third or 4th year coming back for puzzles. Your advances puzzles are hard and by comparison the 'Mensa' puzzles that you can find in retail book stores like WH Smith are trivially easy.

thanks...keep it up... yeah i was also a onetime citizen of Toronto.

Though I am not able to contribute financially, I am thankful for the sudoku puzzles with variations which you have provided. The varying degrees of difficulty have allowed me the opportunity to show others how fun and challenging they can be.

Many Thanks for your good work,

All the pictures on this sight are great. Toronto is fine, but I wouldn't consider it the best city in the world, unless you don't mind having to live with all the multicultural around you, then this is the place for you. Most of the Toronto roads and upkeep of anything else is not up to standards anymore. It was much better 35 years ago. Its Toronto, not the so good but when you consider where some immigrants came from I can understand someone saying living in Toronto is great. Do not move to Flemingdon Park, Thorncliffe Park or anywhere in Scarborough. Too much crime and gangs. In addition, the cost of public transit has gone up again. Word of advice, get a car, it will be cheaper and easier to have access to, instead of paying $3.00 for a service that is always late or has broken down in the middle of your trip.

HI, I like your vision on The Netherlands. Just some comments: With "Holland" you discriminate 9/12 of the kingdom, since 1830 it is called "Nederland" (after the separation of Belgium).

Your story about Giethoorn is history since ~50 years, and geografical wrong,....~20 Km to be exact: Staphorst. Further; where Luther was in Germany, there was Calvijn in NL(~1550); God-fearing and conservative lifestyle is base of cultural protection, read traditional clothing and fx the marriage rules you mentioned. Don't judge a country in a tourist way. Just live with them for a while and conclude that "The Dutchman" doens't excist anymore. ;-)

The more than 30 years that I lived in Toronto were a wonderful experience and all the pictures on your site offer a huge coverage of the city and are full of nostalgia for me. Thank you!

I too have been to Schloss Lichtenstein in Germany and in helping a friend who is visiting there soon I came across your site. I found your comment about no U.S. Army explanation for targeting the castle to be unhelpful but significant in exposing your anti-American bias - which I found elsewhere on your site too. It doesn't take much to realize that any point higher than other points around it makes the perfect military observation point for targeting artillery, spotting aircraft, and reporting troop movements. I've been to this castle and, believe me, it would serve these purposes extremely well.

Your site would be much more enjoyable if you used a little common sense and much less bias and attitude. Otherwise, great pictures!

Ilike how you talk about Kingston waning on its self importance when that's what the rest of the country thinks of Toronto. I know Toronto very well. Its a disjointed urban clutter of messy streets, poor infrastructure, and quite a bit of filth (and crime of course). The urban sprawl of its suburbs is uphauling and verging on critical. I visit about 20 times a years to see my girlfriend, so I live there part-time. There is much culture there, and its own beauty, but I find Montreal to be much more inviting to tourists, and more aware of its true place in the world, and less caught up in being a failed WORLD CLASS CITY. Toronto is by no means as cosmopolitan as it thinks.

Just wanted to comment a little something on the article about Holland:to see the fields of flowers -and they actually do exist!-the best time is in (the second half of) april and its really something special and very colorfull!!!

Nowadays very few people wear traditonal dress, except in Urk and Spakenburg,(where the people live like 100 years ago and are superconservative)and in tipical tourist places.Wooden shoes however still are used quite a lot by the farmers and very usefull on the claygrounds.

Moreover I think that Holland is a very liberal country-Im Dutch as you might guess-Ive lived in the USA(superconservative)and now Im living in Spain. Its interesting to read what other people think and write about your country.

First, thank you for the time you invested to explain Frankenmuth.

I did want to clarify your statement regarding the chicken. First, I am sorry to hear that someone became ill 1/2 hour after eating the chicken. This was not due to food poisioning because Salmanila food poisioning takes 48-72 hours to gestate. It could have been from eating too much??

Finally, I want to clarify the process because you are "dead wrong" on the process. The chicken is not "baked" it is fried chicken. But the unique process is that the chickens are delivered packed on ice (not frozen) and the are par-boiled, cooled, cut and breaded (not in a bag either) then deep fried for a much shorter length of time. We serve about 300 tons of chicken each year so I am sorry if their was any correlation between the chicken and your guest who became ill. Thanks so much again for the promotion.

Hi, I just wanted to let you guys know that I was very inpressed with your website, on Germany, very helpful to me to help me remember names and places etc. I visited Germany in 2000 with my family, we went to a villge near Baden-Baden (Halberstung)to visit a family my father and mother used to live with while my father was in the airforce back in the 70's. I'm doing a presentation in class( I go to college) on Germany and my visit.

Stopped by just because of the snapshot of the "lock" at Big Chute. We're trying to encourage friends from Europe to take a drive up to see it. Many thanks.

As I don't consider the Muskokas "northern Ontario", I've chose "Anything else".

In passing I took a quick look at your model railway snaps. I'll be back for a really good look later.

Your site is so gay that it's funny. I have never seen anything so silly...and that is exactly why I've wasted 10 minutes of my life looking at your silly little cats, your silly little neighbour cats, silly pictures of horses on farms, and a silly picture of your freakishly tall grandfather. funny. May the fleas of a million camels infest your armpits and cause you to continue this silly little website. Your gayness is contagious...I've got to get out of here!

I would just like to tell you that Niagara Falls is not a poor city. It is probably one of the richest cities in Ontario...considering we make money off stupid tourists like you! Did you happen to see all the people in our city when you were there????? And just to let you know most kids in high school get jobs on clifton hill. That means that we start making money when we are twelve years old!

cool site. one comment though, if your purpose is to promote the city of toronto then stick to it, i really see no need for you to post your anti-God and anti-religion rantings in the same location that you have pictures of some very beautiful churches. everyone has the right to their own opinion, but if i thought atheists were pea-brained morons (which i don't) i wouldn't print it on a web page that is meant to show the positive qualities of charles darwin. if you want to show the world how wise you are for not believing in God, then do so by telling me what is to be gained by not believing, not just trying to prove to me how stupid i am for believing in God.

Being born in this city, I thought I had seen everything. I found your site to be an excellent guide. Wonderfully done and have recommended your site to friends. BTW: for your churches section, there is a small greek orthodox church located on Jones avenue in the east, I swear it has to be the smallest. Great job!!!

I am studing the Soo Locks in scool. In fact I'm doing a project on them. I've so far been learning... how the locks operate, where they are located and what kinds of boats go through the locks. I would some day like to go on a boat tour of the Soo Locks. My name is Brianna Bunker. I'm in 4th grade in Mrs. Annen's class. I am 9 years old.
